this is a really good place to learn about what it means to
be a follower of Jesus. It is for new believers, those wanting
to share their faith, how to do follow-up with a new believer,
and how the Holy Spirit is a part of your "new life".
You'll find simple, short and to-the-point Bible studies. These
use Bible references. At the end of the Bible study, you can
access different things at the end and branch off in your own
direction -- a great feature. |

A very appropriately named site that
covers three major sections: Finding God, Prayer, and Knowing
God. You'll find that this focuses on the Bible first, .not
ways of man or someone's opinions or thoughts. Really good meat
here that will get you thinking and offers practical applications.
You'll also be able to participate in Bible studies through
8-week on-line classes. |

This Shockwave-only site is visually
impressive. High quality visuals and cool effects. This is the
future of the Web. However, on a regular modem (56K), it takes
too long loading. At least it shows you how big each module
is. Also, you can't seem to skip the intro...which is nice,
but after you've seen it and just want to get to the content.
The content is good -- you'll find newsletters on the Devil,
Rapture, Getting Saved, and worship music you can listen to.
These are good reminders and worth reading. Hopefully in the
future there will be more. |

The sharp graphics design and cool water
effect will catch your eye. Fortunately there is quality material
behind it. Most of the site just shares the wisdom found in
the Bible in a very readable format. It covers Proverbs, Ecclesiastes,
Job, and the Gospels. As an extra bonus, you can listen to music
while you read. |
